• Rattan is guaranteed for as long as you own it; broken canes will be replaced when used and maintained according to best practices

• Color will vary between pieces and from previous purchases

• Each pole tapers naturally, with taper amount varying from cane to cane

• Rattan may split over time without proper care (we do not ship split canes)
